Hikâyemiz, 1980 yılında Cağaloğlu’nda 50 m²’lik bir bodrumda başladı.

İki kardeş, Zekeriya ve İhsan Acar, matbaacılığa duydukları merak ve emekle çıktıkları bu yolda önce mesleklerini, ardından kendi dünyalarını kurdular. 1980 yılında Acar Group’un temelleri atıldı.
Two brothers, Zekeriya and İhsan Acar, set out on this path with curiosity and labour for printing. First they built their craft, then their own world. In 1980 the foundations of Acar Group were laid.
Due fratelli, Zekeriya e İhsan Acar, intrapresero questo percorso mossi dalla curiosità e dal lavoro per la stampa. Prima costruirono il proprio mestiere, poi il proprio mondo. Nel 1980 furono gettate le fondamenta di Acar Group.
Deux frères, Zekeriya et İhsan Acar, se sont engagés sur cette voie, portés par leur curiosité et leur travail dans l’imprimerie. Ils ont d’abord bâti leur savoir-faire, puis leur propre univers. En 1980, les fondations d’Acar Group étaient posées.
Yarım asra yaklaşan bu yolculukta, küçük bir bodrum büyük bir üretim kültürüne dönüştü. Cağaloğlu’ndan Beylikdüzü’ne, 50 m²’den 15.000 m²’ye uzanan bu yolculukta değişen ölçek oldu; işe duyulan özen, emek ve ustalık ise aynı kaldı.
On this journey approaching half a century, a small basement became a large culture of production. From Cağaloğlu to Beylikdüzü, from 50 m² to 15.000 m², what changed was the scale; the care, labour and craft given to the work remained the same.
In questo percorso che si avvicina al mezzo secolo, un piccolo seminterrato è diventato una grande cultura produttiva. Da Cağaloğlu a Beylikdüzü, da 50 m² a 15.000 m², è cambiata la scala; la cura, il lavoro e l’artigianalità dedicati all’opera sono rimasti gli stessi.
Au cours de ce parcours qui approche le demi-siècle, un petit sous-sol est devenu une grande culture de production. De Cağaloğlu à Beylikdüzü, de 50 m² à 15.000 m², l’échelle a changé ; le soin, le travail et le savoir-faire consacrés à l’ouvrage sont restés les mêmes.
Bir zamanlar yalnızca bir başlangıç vardı. Bugün ise o başlangıcın üzerine inşa edilmiş güçlü bir birikim, köklü bir deneyim ve geleceğe uzanan bir vizyon var.
Once there was only a beginning. Today there is a strong accumulation built on that beginning, a rooted experience, and a vision that reaches into the future.
